OrkaApps provides a cloud-based WhatsApp CRM platform (WappGrow SaaS) that enables businesses to manage customer communication using the WhatsApp Business API. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal and business data responsibly in compliance with Meta Platform Policies, WhatsApp Business API Terms, GDPR, and the Indian Information Technology Act.

We collect only the information necessary to operate our services effectively. This may include:

  • WhatsApp Business phone number

  • IP address, device information, and technical API logs

We do not collect or store sensitive personal identity information or payment card details.

  • Message logs are retained for up to 90 days
  • Technical API logs are retained for up to 30 days
  • Account-related data is retained until the user requests deletion
5. Data Deletion Request

Upon receiving a valid deletion request:

  • All active data will be permanently deleted within 7 working days
  • Backup records will be fully purged within 30 days

Once deleted, the data cannot be recovered.

OrkaApps shares only the minimum required data with Meta (WhatsApp) strictly for message delivery and service operation. We do not disclose personal or business data to any other third parties.
