Privacy policy for Orka Analytics

This policy describes how the Orka Analytics Android app handles information for the merchant who signs in with an existing Orka account. No login is required to read this page. The app does not show advertisements and does not use the Android advertising ID.
Account data
When you sign in, you enter the email address and password for your existing Orka account. The password is sent only to authenticate you. It is not stored on the phone after sign-in. The app stores an access token and a refresh token in encrypted storage on the device, plus a device identifier used to keep that session. We also show the account name and email returned for that account.
Metrics
The dashboard shows totals and connected-account metrics that already belong to your Orka Analytics account. Those sources can include Meta, Instagram, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Search Console, and YouTube when you connected them on the website. The app reads those snapshots. It does not ask you to connect a new source, and it does not sell the numbers.
Posts
The app lists posts already in your account, including the caption, media, status, schedule time, and any error. If you schedule or publish a draft, that request is sent to the Facebook or Instagram account you already connected. We do not upload new media from the phone in this version.
Why we use this information
We use it so you can see your metrics and approve posts for your own business. We do not sell this information. Orka Analytics does not show advertisements.
Who we share it with
- Meta and Google. When your existing connections are used to read metrics, or when you schedule or publish a post, the relevant content is sent to that provider so the request can be completed.
- Hosting and service providers. Companies that host the app and store account data for us, only so we can run Orka Analytics.
- When required. If you ask us to share it, or if we must disclose it to comply with the law or to protect our rights.
Security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards to protect this information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We keep account and analytics data for as long as your Orka account is active and as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies. Some copies can remain in backups for a limited time after deletion. Signing out of the app removes the tokens stored on that phone.
Delete your account or data
Email [email protected] and ask us to delete your Orka account or specific analytics data. We will respond within a reasonable time and as required by law. See also the data deletion policy.
